To make a service enquiry please fill in the form below.  Please give us as much detail as you can to ease the process. The detail should include such items as Make and Model. (eg Canon EOS 40D) a description of the problem. (eg. Error 99), and please enter if the enquiry relates to a warranty claim.

We will endeavour to reply to you within 24 hours. (Weekends excepted) With your reply we will send you a packing label (also available here) to help you when sending your equipment to us.

When your repair is completed, we will contact you by telephone or email.You may pay by debit/credit card over the telephone, or in person if you wish to collect your equipment.
