To make a service enquiry please fill in the form below.  Please give us as much detail as you can to ease the process. The detail should include such items as Make and Model. (eg Canon Digital Ixus 400) a description of the problem. (eg. Blank LCD screen), and please note if the enquiry relates to a warranty claim.

When we have accepted your repair, for the latest information on your equipment, please submit another form, giving your personal reference number, given on receipt of equipment.

We will endeavour to reply to you within 24 hours. (Weekends excepted).
